Injun Parts - great garage blues/rock to close out the night

Soul Satyr - big band sound from their horns, keys, percussion, and Johnny Mac's Screaming Guitar

Damn Right! - A Blues Combo featuring Dan Axt's great Harmonica work!

The music starts at 5pm and goes until 11pm.  Don't miss a minute!

This is a rain or shine event - come prepared to brave the elements no matter what they might be.

I think you all know the drill but if not, bring a dish to share, we provide the drinks, burgers, dogs, condiments, and dinnerware.  You are, of course, welcome to bring your own libations or some to share - don't be shy!

Come out for a few hours or stay all weekend - we love visitors!

We supply the following - you bring an entree, dessert, or side to share:

AND THREE GREAT BLUES BANDS (music from 5-11pm)

There is a big play area for the kids (see photo above), lots of cover in case of bad weather, and tons of food.  This is a rain or shine event so please make plans to come and dress for the weather.

Mayday is a celebration of spring that also follows Charlie's growth.  The first Mayday (May 2, 1987) was his unintended birthdate - he showed up 3 months early at Riverside and although Charlie and Rena did not make that first party, they have been at every one since.  This year, Charlie will be 21 - so bring your daughters and please don't hold us responsible for his actions.  This is not really a birthday party - no gifts please.  Your presence is enough for Charlie!
